How to Find An Ideal Location:
Smart LED signal indicator
While the extender is set up successfully, relocate the extender in the middle between the router and the dead spot; wait for the WiFi signal indicator to come up. Please check the WiFi signal indicator on the extender.
If it is weak and flashing, we suggest relocating the extender closer to the router.
If it is available, it would be better to adjust the distance between the extender and the router till two or three WiFi signal indicators to come up.
Use the phone
If you can get 3 bar or above in your phone when connecting to your home wireless network, then it is an ideal spot to place the extender.
If it is less than 3 bar, we suggest you to relocate the extender closer to the router.
