2/Turn the signal source on

3/Turn the first display on first and wait till it works properly

I have concluded issues for that customers meet when they are using it and come up with the relative answers as follows:

Q1: Terrible resolution when being used

A1: The hdmi splitter is up to 1080P and is backward compatible. Therefore, the resolution is decided by the resolution of your monitor itself. If the resolution of your monitor just supports 640X480, even though the hdmi splitter is 1080P, it just still shows 640X480.

Q2: Does not connect two monitors at once. Only runs one monitor at a time.

A2: Only 1 output device should be active at any time, in order that one device works normally with audio. Because the voltage is not enough to support 2 devices working at the same time. If customers want to choose one to work, please turn off the other monitor manually.

Q3: didn’t split monitors, only mirrored them.

A3: In fact, the hdmi splitter itself can’t extend their screen. It only mirrors the image on the device to a new monitor.
